By all accounts, our stress levels are not getting better. In fact, people may actually be getting more tolerant of high stress levels. Listen to episode #5 about the harm stress does us, then come back and listen to what we need to do to decrease the stress in our lives. We need to know that 3 “whats” – what causes us stress, what happens when we get stressed and what do we do to destress.
